All our products are made not only from scratch and daily are so many claim, but also without any store-bought cake mixes or preservatives. This way, I can give all of my cakes a distinctive flavour and texture. In other words there is no one recipe fits all in my kitchen and all cakes can be adjusted to client requirements.
Also, in an endeavour to make my cakes among the best you’ve had, I never use imitations of any kind. I believe, so long as we are fortunate enough to access top quality, fresh ingredients than they should always be used. I have relationships with a number of local producers and wholesalers who provide fresh dairy, nuts, vanilla beans, fruits, eggs and chocolate, all of which go into making my cakes the best available.
